By using SeekHome services, you agree to the following:

• Services provided: SeekHome assists with accommodation search, housing applications, airport pickup, settlement support, and related student services.

• User responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. Delays or rejection caused by incorrect information are not SeekHome’s responsibility.

• Third-party providers: Accommodation offers are subject to approval by landlords, PBSA operators, or agents. SeekHome acts as an intermediary and is not the property owner unless stated otherwise.

• Liability: SeekHome is not liable for circumstances outside our control, such as provider decisions or tenancy conditions after move-in.

• Service fee: The service fee is deducted from the bond payment after inspection and securing the housing. No upfront service fee is required
